The Unified Boxing Reflex Ball is an old school training accessory, easily transportable, which will allow you to develop your coordination as well as striking precision. Similar equipment has been used for many years by professional boxers.
The concept is simple but effective. The elastic band is connected to a tennis ball which also connects to the head band. You will then strike the ball while controlling the intensity and direction of your punches. The use of the Reflex Ball does not require any other accessory and is therefore very easy to use, wherever you're training!
